Our team is made up of dedicated, professional cleaners who pride themselves on providing you with a quality cleaning experience. Each cleaning technician completes an extensive training program that includes ongoing training in the latest cleaning techniques and technology.
All team members undergo a thorough screening process, including a proper background check. In addition, all team members are bonded and insured.
Our cleaning team will arrive with all required equipment and cleaning supplies. Customers are not required to provide any materials or equipment for the cleaning.
No long term contract is required. You are free to cancel your service with written notice as stated in our terms and agreement.
Our cleaning teams are comfortable cleaning independently. We simply need a way to gain access to your home or office. This can be accomplished by providing us with a security code, a garage door code or leaving a spare key. We will lock up when we leave.
We love pets! As long as your pet is comfortable with us being there, we are happy to clean while they are out and about in your home.
We accept all forms of debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We understand things come up and we will do our best to work with you. We are happy to reschedule your cleaning and simply ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice. A late cancellation fee will be charged for any cleaning that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. A lockout fee will be charged if our cleaners arrive at your home and are unable to gain access to the home so please make arrangements in advance if we need a lockbox or security code to gain access to the property.
If you select weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on-going service, you will have the same cleaning team assigned to service your account.
Our team is trained to respect you and your home or office. If something should accidentally break during the cleaning, we will do our best to repair or replace the broken item to your satisfaction. We are fully insured and our primary goal is your 100% satisfaction.
Our customers are the heart of our business and your satisfaction is paramount. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, please contact our office within 24 hours. We will come back to your home and clean the area that failed to meet your expectations at no charge.
